Hard sell and difficult returns

Happy with how my brows look, but as others have said the sales pitch was absolutely unrelenting. I felt pressured into buying two expensive products that I didn’t actually want, and when I later tried to the return the (unopened, sealed) products I was only offered store credit. The sales assistant was so unfamiliar with how the returns process worked that she asked me if I could come back another day. Altogether it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn’t recommend. I’m stuck with a £50 gift card for a store I really don’t fancy going back to.

An Unrelenting Sales Pitch

It's been a while since I've been in here and boy, has it gone downhill. Went it for an eyebrow wax. The sales pitch was immediate and relentless: we have some packages available today, only £10 more...no?...are you sure?...have you tried our blushers? I could do you an undereye treatment for another £10...it wouldn't take any extra time! Have you tried our mascaras? What do you use on your brows? We can try it on after we are done with this...it's on offer today...what's your favourite makeup? The appointment used to take ten minutes and now takes twenty. The extra time is all high pressure sales pitch. Utterly unpleasant. My brows look fine. I left stressed out and annoyed. Never again.
