Benchmark Electrical Solutions

Having used Benchmark previously and received a fantastic service, I decided to choose them again for wall mounting a TV in my home - unfortunately this time their service let them down significantly. The morning Neal came to quote for the work, he said he could get his team on it straightaway, however, the work which was supposed to have be completed promptly by two members of the team, was actually left to Kurt, who took several hours as he struggled with manoeuvring the TV and requested that I assist. I had also requested during the quote that the cables were to exit out the side of the fire surround to minimise appearance, however, without consultation Kurt made a hole in the wall next to the fireplace which will need to be covered at some point, along with tidying up of the several holes that were made and left ugly. To top it all, the quote was much higher than expected at circa. £500, which I've since discovered was way more than it should have been due to extra time taken.

I have used Neal and his team 3 times now, and every time he has been ultra reliable and at a competitive price, no doubt he is one of the best in his business!!
