Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Agency

I began working with this agency in November, and it’s now the end of April — yet my website is still not finished. Throughout this entire process, I’ve provided clear, repeated feedback which has been consistently ignored or poorly implemented.

Despite months of communication, the same issues persist, and progress has been painfully slow. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and absolutely no justification for the delays. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money, and still don’t have the website I was promised.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable or professional service.

Honestly a great experience

Honestly, this has been one of the greatest experiences with a web design company and in my time I have used a fair few.

Their customer service was spot on.

My web development manager Mandy and assigned designer Katy were fab! They did exactly as I needed and much more. The end result with our company website is exactly as I wished. I have since got them doing my marketing for me.

I couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you Mandy & Katy!

Outstanding services recieved from the team at Bemunchie. Katy was my web designer and she did a great job. Communication was spot on. Since purchasing my website I have started SEO for my website with Bobby and my rankings are increasing dramatically already. The team has been great, I cannot praise them enough!

I came across Bemunchie online, the service they have provided has been excellent from start to finish of my website design. They've been available out of hours in order to assist or answer any questions I had. Bobby was my first point of contact who had explained the whole process and the entire service t me but Mandy had been managing my project and completed my project in time.
