I have used Belvoir with four properties and I have never had any problems whatsoever, they are a very professional in every way, I would definitely recommend Belvoir Newark.

I rented a 2 bed house in Balderton for 2 years and within this time I had the letting agents let themselfs in without prior written or verbal notice given on 4 occasions, one occasion my partner who had been working nights was in bed asleep! I have always paid my rent on time, kept the property to a good standard and communicated with them in a timely manner so it always shocked me why I was treated so badly!
It all got to stressful with me being pregnant and unwell. Belvoir had broken the tenancy agreement!
When I took the keys back they greeted me with a smile until Introduced myself, they then snatched the keys from me and wouldnt provide us any documentation until we pressed for some. I was told recently by the "manager" that I had brought all the stress on myself and I didn't have any respect for them! He was incredibly sarcastic towards the end and seemed very proud that they had made a 9 month pregnant lady move out of a property under undiscrible stress.

Great service from Lee. He managed my expectations brilliantly and spoke to me on a human level - something other agencies haven't done - which really made the difference. Other agencies were vague and elusive, whereas Lee was honest, down to Earth and this was reassuring at a particularly stressful time. Thanks Lee. Much appreciated.

Quite simply the WORST experience I have ever had, and the head office is no better. Bad service, rude staff, nasty owner. They DO NOT CARE. I would sooner live in the street than rent off them again. Advice to anyone thinking of renting form them DON'T, if you have to then take photos of the place like we have. And get EVERYTHING in writing, and I hope it saves you from the misery we have had.
