I purchased a kitchen from Bells with their recommended fitter. The fitter - Martin Peskett - left me with a serious gas leak that put all residents of my block at risk. The person who came to inspect said it was one of the worst installations he had ever seen with no attempt to comply with health and safety regulations. His installation was so poor that it cost me £3k to put right, and some kitchen components were irrevocably damaged. It took 4 months to put right and Bells reluctantly paid half of the cost in the end, but only after a really stressful negotiation in which they insisted the fitter was nothing to do with them. They continue to use Martin Peskett, indeed their response to his criminality was to call him a 'naughty boy'. I would counsel strongly against using this company, and if you do, make sure you check the pedigree of their fitters, and check their gas certification.

We have just had a new bathroom installed by Bells, and we can thoroughly recommend them, Initially, the inspection and design stage was carried out in an impressively professional manner, and the communication thereafter was second-to-none. The bathroom furniture, etc was top quality, and the two workmen employed by Bells were very highly skilled and professional - and both went out of their way to ensure that the disruption, which of course is unavoidable, was kept to a minimum. We are extremely pleased with the end result and we would definitely use Bells again.

Creative design and perfect execution

We renewed our kitchen with Bells and the result is outstanding. We had a great support from Akin from start to finish and he really made some ‘magic’ with a very tiny space! After meeting with different kitchen providers, Akin was the only one who suggested a more creative design and managed to include the dishwasher and all appliances in our small kitchen. The final result is elegant and very practical for cooking lovers like us.

I also wanted to give a big shout-out to Martin, who put the kitchen together for us - he’s definitely the Man when it comes to execution with great attention to detail and professionalism!!

Crack a smile for goodness sake !

Bells is very convenient for me, and it was useful when I bought my shower enclosure and base, they have some really lovely bits and pieces, but some of the staff are darn right miserable and off putting, I struggled to overlook this when buying my shower, but this tome I went in looking for a toilet seat and this white haired gentleman had a very unfortunate way about him, just miserable and I will take my business elsewhere next time.
