Unreliable and disappointing

I agreed to go ahead with her for my wedding hair and makeup. She did not send me an invoice for 4 weeks after which time I had to reminder her. After expressing my concerns, that I was obviously anxious about whether I could trust her given that she failed to respond promptly every time and that this was meant to be for a special occasion, she managed to whatsapp me an invoice immediately (not sure why it took her 4 weeks to do that). She quoted me the price for Asian wedding hair and makeup when I had asked for English hair and makeup. I queried this and she offered to give a refund of some of the trial money if I was not happy to go ahead. On further consideration, I chose not to proceed as I felt I could not rely on her. I informed her of this and received no response. I have also received no refund of any of my trial money to this date after waiting 6 months. I would not be comfortable relying on someone who treats her clients and manages a business this way.

We emailed them....no reply. We phoned....no reply.
We sent a text message....yeah you guessed...NO REPLY!!!!!
It's a wonderful where all the reviews came from??

Top treatments!!

Had one of the most amazing back massages ever !!! My shoulders felt so much lighter after it! The dermabrasion facial made my skin feel so soft and I loved Shaista's attention to detail , very thorough! Would definitely recommend!!

Always receive amazing treatments from shaista. Feel very relaxed everytime i leave. The microdermabraison facial is one of my favourites. Also I could not pick a more lovely person to do the treatments.
