Don't bother ordering online

Placed an online order for collection via their own website with an ASAP pickup (20 minutes).
Received confirmation email, arrived at the restaurant to be told they had no knowledge.
When manager was shown email on phone he denied all knowledge and said it would take another half hour. He didn't apologise. I told him not to bother
