The woman that answers the phone is very unhelpful and quite sharp I cancelled my order and have gone elsewhere, even though we have bought of them for years

Phone service not great. Canister normally delivered quickly but last one has run out after 2 weeks - seems they delivered a nearly empty one ..

Making amends for earlier poor comment

I have added a rather poor review about half hour ago re coal bag being dumped in my garden, split and coal everywhere, I rang company and gentleman answered (usually a lady takes orders), I told him my problem and I had to return to work. I received a phone call from home saying that someone was in the back garden brushing up the coal and tidying everything, I rang the office (the usual lady had returned) and asked her to thank the gentleman who had taken call for the swift attention to my mishap so rather than a poor comment which I posted earlier I have changed my score to excellent.

Cheap in price - but miserable customer service

I use this company, because they provide a good price on propane gas. The customer service - ie: lady who answers the phone is miserable and abrupt!!
