When our hot water flow was inconsistent, I contacted BHG and an engineer was with us next day. He explained his diagnosis and our options clearly and we decided to go ahead with the necessary repair. The staff in the office were courteous, gracious and helpful as they arranged a date and time to suit us for an engineer to call. He was very efficient and quick and left the premises in a way that we would hardly have known he had been apart from the fact that I had steamy ot water with which to wash dishes and have a bath. Thank you to all involved for a job well done.

Would highly recommend, recently moved into my first property. From the woman Summer, I spoke to on the phone to the engineers that came out Nathan and Keith. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

Went above and beyond with answering any questions I had and checked the radiators and water pressure aswell.
