The most appalling customer service that I have ever encountered. This company have closed down their Edinburgh, Seafield store without informing their customers.

Worst customer services ever

Deposit refunded today after waiting 10 week for carpet which they said would be delivered in 3. Two other customers in at same time also getting refunds after waiting 10 weeks and 13 weeks.
Staff don't return calls. Manager says he will get on top of your complaint then does nothing.
Do yourself a favour and DON'T buy from this company.
I am giving is a 1 star, as the system won't allow me to give no stars

I was looking for a gold carpet at a reasonable price. This was no trouble for Jean at behar in seafield. Within 10 minutes I was sorted.
Good choice, good price and great staff.
