Bee Taxis

Prebooked a taxi 3 days in advance, for pickup at 10pm on Saturday evening, but it didn’t turn up. Thought prebooking gave you priority, obviously not! Waited over 20 minutes in cold and dark after restaurant shut and we were made to wait outside before we gave up!

Hi i have called bee, s taxi, s twice this week and been quoted twice the price for both journeys they are asking £12 to go to wokingham train station from Queens road wokingham normally £6 and when you question why it is so expensive all the operator tells you that is what is on the system

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they are rude, aggressive and belittling when you call to complain, i pre booked a taxi and then they didn't show up and i had to walk home at past midnight. when i rang to complain to the manager, Khalid he refused to apologise and hung up on me and told me he will block my number if i call again. worst taxi company iv ever dealt with.

Booked several airport journeys weeks in advance. They accepted bookings and then cancelled. Not a reliable (or courteous) service.

Bad customer Service. Called to query about a booking but was told very rudely to call back later as he is too busy!
