Went training in the adult self defence class and it was brilliant.
I've done some stuff before many years ago. The instructor Gary knowledge of so many different styles and how to make them work in a self defence situation was really good. I would highly recommend this school.

My 2 kids attend the family class on a thursday evening and absolutely love it..... The teachers are really good and keep the class moving and having fun the whole time. Brilliant place.
