1But what actually prompted me to write this report, is that after a year from my first order (spending almost £3K) I contacted them to purchase additional shelves and the handle (that broke !). After awaiting for 3 weeks for a reply (with a couple of calls in between) and he stated over the phone he didn't even bother finding out cost for these or ordering them. Obviously this was too small of an order for him to be bothered dealing with it.
The reason why i ordered from a local shop was to have a point of contact for any issues after purchase, but obviously these guys don't care.
I called wardrobe manufacturers from Germany who responded immediate to my email!
