I have always bought from this company, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they really are an amazing team, it's a company that are truly trustworthy who are not there just to sell you a bed, they are so knowledgeable and always puts the customer first. Customer service is outstanding.

Buying a new mattress is confusing, that’s why we decided to visit a local specialist store. Would not consider online. We got friendly knowledgeable advice to help with our selection. May be a more expensive way but we like to see what we are buying.

Went to The Bed Centre Grimsby to look at beds, i have chronic sciatica and in constant pain so i need a good bed. i was shown around the showroom at my own pace and at no time did i feel any pressure to buy at all. i had several questions all were answered easily the young man has a huge knowledge about all of the beds it was amazing, i was there for ages trying different beds for 5-8 minutes each, at no point did was i hurried in any way, i even got a cup of tea !! After a very long time i finally made up my mind and placed my order, i even managed to get the base of one bed with a different mattress because i preferred the colour of the material. Delivery day 2 gentlemen arrived with my bed, the treated both the new bed and my house with utmost care, i couldn't be happier, i have a beautiful looking very comfy bed, i'm ecstatic, if you need help or advice or you know what you want don't waste your time anywhere else, you can't get better customer service than this, 100% guaranteed !

the gentleman who gave us a tour and left us to decide after amazing knowledge of peoples needs at all ages, and showing us what would be the best for us was unbelievable and exreamly good, on that we found our bed and was also allowed to try in the shop without interuptions till happy,after all a bed is for a while.and wish to feel its correct, and that we did, many thanks, great company, very good salesman,
