Becketts

This was our second visit to Becketts. On both occasions we have been with at least ten friends. The service is great prompt,helpful and friendly. The food has always been excellent.
It has a lovely atmosphere and is a joy to spend an evening in a restaurant that does hurry you out the door as soon as you have finished eating. A great place to spend the evening as a couple or in a group. will be back.

Well if you want to be treated like something someone stood on then go here. At first we were given a warm welcome then came out the old woman to take your order and if you dont order the most expensive thing with all the side dishes she really doesn't want to know. After we order just two main meals we were informed that as we hadn't ordered a starter our meal would take longer!!! Then throughout the rest of the evening she was snappy and most of the time ignored us. So with this we promptly paid the bill and left. I did inform the friendlier staff that I found this womans attitude absolutley disgusting and that was the reason we were leaving to this they just shrugged. My advice spend your money where it will be appreciated!!!
