Happy dogs home from brilliant kennels

We chose these kennels as reading previous reviews we felt it must be a good place. How right we were. One of our dogs we rehomed from a family that did not know how to care for him and he had high anxiety issues. We worried that this might be an problem but he has come home a completely different dog, not barked once. Both of our dogs were well looked after and were happy when we collected them. I would very much recommend this place to anyone. We would not hesitate to send our dogs back.

Mandy Craig and the team are just great with my two dogs, always come back happy, well one of them would rather stay and play in the field and has the hump when we bring him home. never had any issues and i know they are well looked after, highly recommend Beaux Aires

A holiday heaven for our pets

For the past thirteen years we have been exclusively using Beaux Aires kennels and cattery for both our dogs and cats. Having five dogs (including giant breeds) and two cats, it was vital that we found a place and people who took great care in looking after our babies. We have grown to know and love Mandy, her children and staff over the years, especially because of the care and love they show our pets. This is demonstrated by how excited our dogs are to arrive at Beaux Aires, so we can relax on our holidays, knowing that they will be enjoying theirs.
We can categorically underline the care and attention paid by the team to every boarder staying with them and we have never found any of our pets to be malnourished or neglected in any way. Mandy has always gone above and beyond in treating our dogs, as for example when one of them was ill, giving him his medication well out of hours. This is true care.

I have been using this kennels for many years for my very temperamental shitzo Gino at 12 years old now is still happy when he arrives and I can always see his well looked after, Mandy and her staff are outstanding highly recommend… whether it’s 2 days or 2 weeks I have become very close to all the staff especially Mandy knowing how much I love my Gino will always when abroad text to say everything fine …. Best kennels ever 🥰 always has room for my baby … thank you to you all absolutely love them xx

My mini dutchound she was a perfect weight and was checked by the vet prior to going into the kennels and was weighed at 5k and had no bones on show. On collection I noticed my dog looked skinny but it wasn’t until we got home we realised how skinny, her spine and hip bones were showing and all of her ribs. A young and well exercised dog. I took the dog to the vet this morning that confirmed she has lost a whole kilo in 1 week and showed no signs of illness. I contacted the kennels to ask how she was. I was advised she was fed as per my instructions of 80g twice a day, exercised and was not sick. My dog has not been the same hiding away in her bed since her visit. They thought she was small when she went in which is totally insulting. They didn’t think to call me to advise she was starting to show ribs etc. Ive spent days being upset that I trusted this company to look after my dog and I feel totally disappointed by the state of my dog and feel she was neglected and not well cared for.
