Beauty Temple

I have been to the Nottingham salon a few times now . I have had 3 massages from 3 different staff members, the first was adequate , the second was rather poor and the 3rd one was terrible. I asked for minimum pressure and instead felt like i was being broken. I said ouch a few times and wiggled for her to ease up a bit but came out of there in pain and had back ache for days.
I had my brows done, supposed to be HD and cost £37 . All she did was tint the brows and wax them. She left hair under my brow that the wax missed , they looked awful. I left with tint still on my face and had to go straight home.
The pedicures are basic considering what they charge and the do not give the full foot treatment, just a quick soak in luke warm water, a pathetic go on the rasp and then on to paint.
iI also have tried the pro glow cryo sculpt. This was relaxing , though pricey. My only complaint with this would be that the therapist did not explain the facial or give any aftercare.

I always come here for a treat, and have been missing that since covid-19 hit. I saw on fb you were doing letter box packages which I have requested for my family members. The response I had was immediate, professional and thoughtful, asking me if I would like any messages to go into the boxes. Thank you so much 😊

Oh my goodness you don’t know how disappointed I am to be saying this but having had a bad service at Mapperley I specifically went out of my way to the City. Clearly I should not have! When BT first opened I loved it the staff seemed Humble and really attentive so I didn’t mind paying more for that level of service but today I had an appointment and left without having a stroke of work done. I had wrongly booked ‘polished’ not gel and wrongly assumed that for £40 you could have it even if it did cost more at the end but no was told ‘too busy’ ‘just haven’t got time’ ‘in future book gel’ there was no one else in the whole place. I felt this rude and very uncompromising so I left never to return which is such a shame as I had my wedding nails done there. With so many places to have nails done these days I’m pleased for them that they can afford to disappoint customers :(

Visited beauty temple and quickly realised it was all show with poor service. Was left waiting whilst 3 girls chatted in reception. Was rushed through to treatment and was made to feel like all that mattered was taking my money. No personal care shown to me and this my was 2nd visit. This salon has gone downhill. Customers should receive a special experience but left feeling like my tine was wasted. Would not recommend

The Beauty Temple is my go to salon in Nottingham, though I live in Leicestershire. Put yourselves in their hands and you will not regret it. Believe me, they are the best.
