Awful hair extensions!! Ordered a 'premium double weft thick set' and they are honestly the worse extensions I have seen. They would not refund or exchange despite me emailing and visiting the shop to explain that these are not what were described on the website. They said because I opened the package I cannot have a refund but how was I suppose to see the hair if I had not opened it? Terrible hair, terrible customer service, terrible shop. Do not waste your time or money when there are plenty other good quality hair extension shops in Birmingham.

How can you give yourself a five star just to sat you can send products from India? That's not a review, its false advertising. Also I find your shop to be rude.

Do not purchase from these scammers. They cancelled my order and did not give me back my refund

I have to say the customer service is really bad in this store. Very unhelpful and rude. Make you feel like they want you out of the shop as quick as possible.
