The owner is absolutely fabulous! She’s such a perfectionist, she’s professional. She makes you feel like a friend rather than a client.

I called in for a last minute leg and bikini wax and the therapist was kind enough to stay back to fit me in as they were fully booked. I was very pleased with my waxing especially with the way she put me at ease as it's been a while since my last wax. I came back again for a man pedi and was just as pleased. Deffinitlye make this my regular salon.

Really disappointing.

I've been here a number of times for a Hollywood wax but recently the sessions are becoming more and more rushed and are really lacking. I'm always left with areas of unwanted hair that I have to then remove myself at home. This time was particularly bad. I was left in a lot of pain when it was finished and the next day my skin was dry and scabbed as if it had been burnt. Thoroughly disappointed. I don't think I will be returning which is a shame because it's a reasonable price and the owner is lovely.

So efficient

Had a Hollywood wax done in 15 minutes ! The least painful wax I had andone no unwanted hair left . The therapist was lovely and chatty so didn't even feel conscious of the area I'm having done. Definitely will make this salon as my regular !!

First time I have used this salon and it will certainly be my last. I was booked in for waxing. Firstly, I had to use my shawl as coverage as no towel was provided to cover myself. Even when my therapist came into the room, she did not think to offer a towel. Secondly, felt rushed. Waxed areas weren't checked or gone over if needed. Was left with the impressed the therapist didn't want to be there. Resulted in an unprofessional, patchy wax. I'm left with a choice of having patches of hair or removing the hair myself after paying a pricey cost for a a so called professional service. Very disappointed and unimpressed.
