Never coming back, Leanne was quite frankly extremely rude and disrespectful.
Turned up to my appointment 10
minutes early, but I didn’t see anyone in so I stood at the door for a few minutes and tried the Handle but the door was locked? So I was like aw maybe she’s away doing something. So I left went on a small strole in the freezing cold and Returned 5 ish minutes later. The door was still locked so I rang the door bell, still no answer. So I waited again for a few more minutes then knocked on the door. Leanne came out and opened the door.
She was like okay have a seat, I’m with a client right now. She rolled her eyes while walking into the room in which I could see her and sighed. This was my first ever time at this salon and the way she acted upon my arrival immediately put me off coming back. I wanted to leave, but I had already paid for my appointment online. However her service has completely thrown me off coming back. The treatment was okay, my eyelashes were horrible.

Leanne is lovely & very professional, treatments are done to a high standard in a bright clean salon!

I look forward to my regular waxes with leanne.

Leanne is great at what she does and offers an amazing range of services. Leanne is professional, friendly, and puts you at ease. I've been going to the salon regularly for a few years and despite moving further away, I won't be going anywhere else for my treatments!
