Highly recommend. Very well located and so easy to find. Fantastic customer service. Had a wonderful facial with Magdalena yesterday .It was truely relaxing and my skin feels wonderful .Looking forward to a return visit .

Poor Customer Service

I was not impressed by the customer service provided in this place. I have rang the salon prior my visits to make sure that the place is open. Upon arrival the doors were not open to me. I have been seen by the owner of the salon who were chatting on the phone comfortably. She only waved to show that she will not let me in. I do believe this is not how client should be treated. I do appreciate that the opening times were not in place on this occasion but respect should still be there. I felt extremely offended as her behaviour was ever so arrogant. The only move from he was this dismissal hand gesture. POOR!

Hairdresser

I have visited the salon a week ago to have my hair dye.
Unfortunately I was very upset when I find out that the hairdresser have not clean my neck and ears after dyeing my hear. Also while she was trimming my hair, she accidentally dropped her scissors on the dirty floor, she picked up the scissors and continued cutting my hair. When I have had arrived home I saw that my hair have not been cut I expected.
My advice to her is to be more focused on customer service instead of checking Facebook and chatting with her friend.
