I rate one star cause I can´t rate zero
1Awful service, everything that could go wrong went grong. After 6 sessions , not even slightly better. One of the areas went really sore and I had to go to the doctor. They didn´t want to give me the money back for the sessions that I had left in that area and I had to swap it for a G5 that I wasn´t even interested on
On the top of that I received a terrible and unempathetical treatment fro
the manager when I complained about it . Not taking my position for a second and making me feel like it was my fault in a very arrogant way.
From that moment on, my relationship with her was tense. Once I was 15 minutes late and she told me that I had lost my session of G5 because they had a 24 hours cancellation policy and it wasn’t refundable. Later she would deny so when I complained in front of another customer, but she definitely did say so!
I really feel scammed and helpless.
I wouldn´t recommend this clinic to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.
