Semi Permanent make-up is a form of Tattooing, different terms are used such as; Cosmetic tattooing, Micro-pigmentation, Permanent make-up, Semi-permanent make up, etc. all essentially meaning the same. The method involved means injecting a specialised pigment into the Dermal layer of the skin using a digital machine (not Micro blading!), creating a 3D effect brow hair. Depending on how natural you would like your brows, adjustments can be made accordingly by adding a little shading for a more fuller contoured brow effect.

DO PERMANENT COSMETICS FADE AWAY WITH TIME?

Yes, they tend to fade away with time, so you may have to revisit me to re-treat the area within 8-12 weeks after the initial procedure and between 1-3 years after that. Everyone reacts differently to fading and these are just average timescales.

ARE PERMANENT COSMETICS ACTUALLY TATTOOS?

Yes, permanent makeup is a form of tattooing. The objective is to work in a subtle manner to make your facial features look soft and natural. Tattoos, on the other hand, are designed to be very visible on the skin. Also, tattoo ink has a tendency to go green or blue after long periods. Traditional tattoos put pigment quite deep into the skin, meaning only laser technology can help the ink to fade. My technique only involves placing the pigment in the top layer of skin, meaning it will fade over time.
