Alan Wilkinson comes across as trustworthy and competent and then pushes for more money for materials then doesn't do anything, nor will he return your calls however reasonable you are. When questioned about existing poor feedback he will joke about “rogue customers”. He is clearky an adept confidence trickster praying on decent people. Dont trust him. Extremely upset, disappointed and scarred; do not use this company.

Had a really good experience with this company. I had a glass and stainless steel balcony installed. The work was completed to a very high standard, everything level and sturdy. It has coped with the very high winds where I live.

Work not started and deposit not returned

I regret I still can receive no payment from this company for work not completed as required under county court judgement. This remains unsatisfied after over 15 months

A deposit was paid for materials but apart from fixing 2 brackets work was not completed and after issuing CCJ only a part refund was received.
