Beau Hairdressing

I had my haircut by Kendal at Beau Hairdressing today and I love the way she has cut it.
Kendal asked about my hair, listened to me, made a few suggestions and the result is a fab haircut.

Today was my first visit to Beau hairdressers (Recommended to me by a friend). The service that I received was amazing. Inside is warm and friendly and the staff made me feel really welcome, I had tea and a brownie too. I went in for lowlights and highlights but after my stylist did a test on some samples that she took after drying my hair, she recommended that I wait before proceeding. This is the first time for me that a hairdresser hasn't gone ahead, taken my money and not cared about the condition of my hair. As a result, I am booked in there for my next appointment and my daughter has made a booking too based on the service that I received today. Thank you!!

I went in today and had my all over colour done - the colour is brilliantly shiny and for once I don't have dye all over my head and skin. I got an appointment with a trainee, something I wouldn't normally do, but she was communicative, enthusiastic and tidy. In fact I had a better service than I have at some expensive city-salons in London or LA.

The salon is clean and bright, the coffee is good and plentiful, there is bubbly, friendly girl chat and a great head massage.... I definitely recommend..

Ok but be prepared to be overcharged for extras you didn't agree to. Highlights quoted at £78. Ended up paying £115. No warning....No cut....No restyle. Just £37 extra. When queried stylist just looked at me like she didn't understand what I meant.( Stylist was manageress) Left feeling like they just wanted to charge as much as possible. Highlights went dull very quickly. Won't be going there again.
