Usually great service center. their stuff are so friendly and helpfull.

Don't usually right reviews but after the service I received yesterday I thought I had to. Collected my car from my house, fixed the problem that has caused my car to fail it's MOT then off their own back took the car to Kwik Fit in Milngavie and got them to do the re-test which it passed and dropped my car back at the house. Great service and reasonably priced will use again for sure. Would recommend them!!

Asked them to investigate a grinding noise, and squeak as well as get a full service on my car.

They explained the issues were the brakes and charged me to replace most of my front brakes.

Spent a lot of money - car still grinded and squeaked louder.
Took it back - now they said it was the back brakes, so more money and still grinded and squeaked loudly.

Twice I was promised they had taken my car home and tried it first thing in the morning (as that's when the issue was worst), but my GPS confirms this is false. Also told me just finished working on my car when I called , so I went down to be told it was in the Train Station car park. The car was stone cold, so called them, said it had just been dropped off and was cold because of the weather. Again I checked the GPS and it had been parked there the day before and left there overnight. They were simply lying to me.

Many lies told, a lot of money spent, and didn't fix my car.
Avoid at all costs.

use this garage for all my repairs and mot cars + van. they will try and fit you in at short notice when things go wrong have used them for nearly 5 years now
