My order was never delivered and the company are no help, just keep insisting that Royal Mail have delivered it. They just send a tracking number and coordinates of where it was delivered but we do not have the parcel. They are not interested in helping any further and have just blamed Royal Mail, which does not help me. I will never use again.

I have been buying from Bearing King for the past 6 months and I'm pleased with their available stock, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend them.

CONMEN - DONT USE

I placed an order with this company and they took payment. They never sent the goods despite me contacting them several times. They ignored all correspondence and have now deleted me from their database so that I can't even view the status of my order. Use them at your peril!

I would like to investigate this problem for you, did you place your order online, by email or over the phone? If you placed your order online you would have been issued with an order number, do you have an order number?

We don't have an option to delete customers from our database so I'm puzzled how this has happened
