Was looking for a particular picture that my mom wanted for her birthday. Contacted Heather who was extremely helpful via email who confirmed they had it.
Spoke to Karen in the morning; paid for the item and it was delivered a few hours later. Couldn’t fault them, amazing customer service. Would highly recommend. This is going to make a very special birthday even better, thank you both.
