For seven years we had rented through Beals, with hardly any issue. Then the last year we rented they showed their true colours as how they are as a business. They do not care for the wellbeing or lives of renters. Only the cash they receive and the landlords they protect with out any hesitation. And if you as a renter enter any arrears or have an issue, they just use INTIMIDATING tactics. They have no care or due diligence towards the people who rent their properties, they do not accept mistakes or problems and will just make it completely hard and difficult to rectify or seek assistance in any way. And the management of the properties themselves are diabolical. They do not fix or attempt to fix the properties while you rent and then claim that you have caused the issues. And once again resort to INTIMIDATING tactics to make your pay. Threating legal action or using a legal team to email you instead of themselves. Making the average person scared of the repercussions. Appalling.
