Like most people I hate going to the dentist
However everyone I encountered was lovely and helped me with any questions and even made sure I stayed the recommended time after my treatment

I have met the worst receptionist in this clinic yesterday. It was about 1220 when I asked for some information about registering to the clinic. The receptionist looked at me and she said she cannot help me yet as the clinic is closed. I do undestand that it was lunch time. So did ask for application form but she dint say anything after handing me the forms. I was staring at a CQC letterbox and she went and stood behind me. I did explained that I was only reading the forms.
After filling up the forms at about 1PM I went to get an advice what will be the next step. A gentleman was standing in front of the reception which the receptionist said in an unfriendy manner of saying "you need to pay". That sound unprofessional. After the guy left the till I went to ask that i would like to give her back the application form and she said "I am still closed and left". I dont understand this type of behaviour from an instituition that supposed to care for their patients.
