1we would like to resolve this problem. Please call me on 01752 787600, My name is Luke. - i believe we haven't explained ourselves very well on this occasion. -we do think this delivery is beyond our normal delivery service due to the large amount of narrow steps with a heavy american style fridge freezer being delivered, but we can offer an alternative solution which is what we were attempting to offer. i am really sorry if there has been a confusion, or lack of clarity here.

Will never go there again
1We noticed a pool of water in the kitchen later that day. It turns out that the delivery people had damaged our radiator putting the washing machine in, they were rude, left a mess and dumped the rubbish, all the wrapping for the washing machine outside our house on the pavement.
I'm seriously not impressed guys, I was tempted to report them for fly tipping, our kitchen has been flooded because of their negligence and I've had to get my radiator fixed because of their clumsiness.
Brilliant.
5I cannot fault them, and would return to them again and again.
