Used to visit fairly often despite other clubs being closer but will not be going back and will not be taking any friends or family again either.

Had an issue whilst there and submitted a complaint on the same day, the 9th of August. I received a response to say it had been passed on. I chased on the 17th of August and was told a manager was looking into it and I would hear back.

I then chased again on the 27th of September. The message was read and ignored.

Absolutely shameful customer service at a time where you’d think they would be grateful for the business. I gave them every opportunity to rectify or even just respond to the issue and was completely ignored. Don’t give them your hard earned money and visit another club which does appreciate your custom.
