We are passionate about yoga and the power it has to change lives, we have experienced this first hand and see the magic of yoga on a daily basis.

Hot vinyasa yoga has endless physical mental and spiritual benefits which is why we wanted to create the perfect environment for you to really connect with yourself, relax and channel your own practice. An environment where you feel comfortable being you, allowing you to take what you really need from your practice to create the best version of you both on and off the mat.

Ideally located in Huddersfield, our intention was to create a space where positive energy can be created and we hope this energy will spread happiness across our community in West Yorkshire.
