Treatments are tailored to meet your specific needs and can be extremely useful in alleviating symptoms relating to many conditions such as aches and pains, digestive problems, help with sleepless nights and boosting the immune system. They lift your mood when feeling down, relieve stress and are simply wonderful when you want to take time out for yourself to relax.

I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is extremely important. Feeling at ease with each other creates a harmonious atmosphere that leads to a deeper understanding of your needs and helps to cultivate the long-term benefits of receiving holistic treatments.

Swedish Massage. Relaxes muscles, improves circulation & stimulates the skin and nervous system.
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to bring the body into balance and encourage the body to heal itself. Massage is combined with gentle pressure applied to various reflex points on the feet.
Aromatherapy massage is a deeply relaxing full body massage tailored to your individual needs. It works with the pure properties of plants using their essential oils.

Amazing - Highly recommend!

I am a regular client of Be Well Holistic Therapies. I have fibromyalgia, and suffer with painful knots and tension in my back, shoulders and neck. I have recently had a course of "back, neck, and shoulder massage with essential oils" with Lisa. The treatments are tailored to my specific needs and have been a great help at reducing the severity of some of the symptoms of my fibromyalgia. My mood is always lifted after each session and i always walk away feeling much happier and in less pain than i was in before. Lisa has a great deal of knowledge surrounding hollistic therapies and massage, she has also helped me to understand how some of my tension is created and supplied great advice on how i can prevent this. The atmosphere in the massage room is always lovely, really calming music, comfortable massage bed, and a selection of essential oils to choose from (which always smell lovely and calming). It is the most relaxed I feel all week. Thank you Lisa :)

Fabulous massage, excellent value

Had the most fabulous relaxing, yet therapeutic Swedish massage today. Very very good value, it was probably an hour and a half for £45. So good for relieving aching and ‘knotty’ muscles. Highly recommended.

Simply amazing 🤩

WOW.. ! The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Lisa made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had the aromatherapy massage and I was not disappointed. It was possibly one of the best massages I have ever had. I booked when I was on holiday.. I so wish you lived nearer.. doing a 15 round trip for a massage is not feasible is it? 🤣xx

Amazing relief from tight neck and shoulders 5stars

Had a wonderful Swedish massage today here, the therapist took her time and did some extra deep work on my aching shoulders back and neck, feel amazing will give this lady 5 stars
