I am passionate about working alongside individuals to bring about lasting, permanent and positive change.

Providing essential life skills, resources and coaching, focusing on what makes you the best you you can be, creating a life you love to wake up to. Quickly discovering the problem then swiftly moving on to finding a solution, resolution and goal that takes you to that place you want to be, in comfortable surroundings with appointments to suit including evenings and weekends. I aim to help you move forward to that place as quickly as possible, often in 2-4 sessions unlike many other therapies, attending to what can be changed rather than what can not.

NLP allows people to understand how they think, talk and feel and how this affects their behaviours and outcomes. This in turn empowers them to make the changes they desire.

The empathetic nature of NLP encompasses the uniqueness of every individual and is compassionate in bringing about positive life-changing benefits for those who undertake coaching, the benefits extending beyond the person to those around them.
