Really poor service when letting, staff unprofessional and unorganized.
Avoid at all costs

Use these for 8 years now and have 5 houses with them. 4 they found for me and i have always been very happy with the service they offer

We recently used them to let our property. Overall v poor service. It took them approx. 7 weeks to pay the deposit on our behalf and the tenant into the DPS, even then they spelt the surname of the tenant wrong which we had to subsequently fix. We must have called 5 or 6 times to get them to do this. Each time they told us the delays were at the DPS i.e. they had already paid the monies. When we called the DPS to check it then transpired they hadn't sent the money after all and when we called it again it so happened it was the next thing on their to do list - unbelievable. For all the information they needed they called us approx 2 to 3 for each piece of information i.e. we'd drop the keys off then we'd get a call from them asking if we could drop the keys off. Another example was they called for our landlord ID which we gave, they subsequently called a further 2 times asking for the landlord id. Don't use them. Understaffed and dishonest.
