Broken window handle fixed

A simple job but one that was executed promptly and efficiently. A handle on a conservatory window had broken and within an hour that had been replaced as well as another that was failing. Certainly now my go to expert for the future. Customer service at its best.

Excellent and prompt double-glazing repair by BESecuresw (Brett Erith) April 2024

Brett responded to my answerphone message very promptly, came round within 2 days, and with admirable ingenuity completed on his own and within 90 minutes, a double-glazing repair that I expected to take 2 men several hours. He was very efficient, genial, courteous (took his boots off to work indoors) and didn't mind me watching him work! Also explained to me why he was doing what he was doing so I understood the process. The windows fit perfectly now :-) Absolutely recommend him, 100%+ !
