Be Heated

Just had cloakroom refitted and 3 new rads. Tolly is the friendliest and tidiest tradesman I've come across and he's dead honest and really helpful. He goes the extra mile for his çustomers.

Tolly has just fitted a new bathroom and heating system for my mum.
He did a fantastic job, my mum is over the moon.
He’s so kind and such a professional.
He went above and beyond and I can’t praise him enough.

We had our boiler serviced yesterday by Be Heated, who installed it a year ago after our old one completely packed up leaving us with no hot water or heating!
Tolly is incredibly friendly, professional and polite- he is quick & efficient, ensures that you know everything he is doing and why. He goes into detail to explain what the boiler is capable of and how to use it properly. He is very approachable and goes out of his way to make sure he provides a brilliant service. During COVID, we messaged Tolly about a particular noise the boiler was making and was very helpful and advised us on how to fix it- a simple one, if you know about boilers! He talked us through how to do it- but said if it came to hit he would come out in an emergency, just to make sure it was sorted!

Tolly and his company Be Heated are a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. Tolly's customer service skills and delivery are second to none. Tolly responses to calls, texts and requests promptly and provides fair prices. Tolly replaced my boiler very promptly when it broke just as the weather started freezing in January as he juggled customers around to get to me asap. He could have easily made a quick buck out of my issue but his overriding priority is to provide excellent service.
