BDS Great Service

My husband and I are both over seventy .
It was the morning of NEW YEAR’S DAY when after a night of pouring rain
our house was cold and the entire electricity circuit was cut ,heating, most sockets and fridge freezer were out of action . The fuse kept tripping . We phoned the Company with fingers crossed for a response.
After an initial advice Mr J Singleton offered to attend , was with us within 30 mins , found the fault (rain water in an outdoor socket ) , sorted it and we got the electricity back
. He refused to charge us despite it being a Bank Holiday .
We are thrilled with the company’s service and reliability and would recommend it to anyone .
