Steve is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Party Wall Surveyor with experience of over 4 decades in building surveying, architectural design and planning matters.

Surveys

We carry out surveys and reports advising on many types of building defects structural reports, cracks in buildings, dampness, poor workmanship and disputes where building work has not been done correctly.

Architectural Services

Part of our services involve providing a full building design service from small kitchen extensions through to larger scale commercial refurbishments. A full design and management service is available and our staff can produce sketch designs, drawings for planning applications and details for building control consent.

Party Wall Awards

Whether you are a building owner seeking to get work done to your property that has the potential to affect your neighbour or an adjoining owner that has received a Notice under the Party Wall Act, we are here to help and give impartial advice. We often act as an Agreed Surveyor where two neighbours get on with each other but would like reassurance from an Independent Surveyor with experience and an unbiased approach.
