I'd had misted double-glazing units for years but was always put off getting them repaired because I thought it'd cost too much and cause a big upheaval. This summer I took the plunge and phoned 5 local firms. Only 2 got back to me! I went with Derek at BDM Glazing because he sounded professional, knowledgeable and polite and he offered me a great price to replace my 3 units. He measured the windows, ordered the glass and fitted them all within a week. He kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service and I was able to make an appointment to have the windows fitted at a time that suited me. The fitting only took 30 minutes, no upheaval, no dirt and all done with a friendly smile. The finished job was excellent! I had new windows again!
