BDC Structural Engineering LTD was formed in June 2019 to fill a void in the design market created due to a disinterest in smaller jobs by the larger consultancies. We pride ourselves at giving every job the same attention and interest, regardless of size or prestige.

With such a diverse range of projects under our belt, we can provide a design service to almost any project, no matter how specialist. Our projects range from individual bespoke Oak Frame buildings, to minor alterations on private dwellings, to large scale Nursing Homes and Student Accomadation, enabling a diverse experience in most forms of construction and materials.

We are fortunate to have been involved in many special bespoke houses, and have recently been a finalist in the LABC Excellence Awards in the South West, with the 'Jamecha' dwelling shown in the Projects section.

We had Neil come to view and draw plans to remove the structural wall in our kitchen.
He was very helpful and came out within a couple of days of us paying the invoice. We received the report shortly after his visit.
Overall, very impressed and we intend to use his services for future projects.

Excellent Experience with BDC Structural Engineering Ltd

BDC Structural Engineering Ltd contacted and within24 hours a survey had been arranged for a survey to be completed. This was completed with the minimum fuss and disturbance. The report was produced and with me within 24 hours of the survey being undertaken.
Mr Bentley was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable.
I would have no hesitation in recommending B DC Structural Engineering Ltd to my family and friends

BDC knows their stuff.

I have used BDC Structual Engineering in an advisory capacity. I have a flat with a very bad damp condition. I had tried damp proofing, twice, I left windows open for ventilation and other ways. Neil from BDC came to have a look and suggested solutions which had not been presented before. The flat is now a lot less damp and more managable.

Neil knows his stuff. I wish I had spoken to him years ago.

Neil Bentley is a highly responsive and excellent structural engineer who has assisted me with wall removal in my bedroom and kitchen. My house is 123 years old and needs to be treated with care. Neil and his team were sympathetic and knowledgeable & I felt in very safe hands. Thank you Neil. I have no hesitation in recommending BDC and it is good to know they are also experts in eco-builds and take environmental issues seriously. IF you need structural work done, call Neil and his team.
