BCM Hire Bouncy Castles Manchester

Absolutely disgusting service by this company. I booked a bouncy castle for my daughter birthday and they cancelled in the evening just before the her big day. I had actually booked it 2 months advanced aswell and there excuse was car was broken down when infact there was at a another event not far from me. DO NOT USE this company or you could be disappointed last minute and in a mess finding a replacement.

Didn’t even turn up on the day, I called and asked and was told they would get back to me, then he couldn’t get hold of the driver, was told they couldn’t come, day was ruined :(

Turned up with the wrong bouncy castle made excuse said it had to be cleaned for Covid yet the castle they brought was covered in sweets, cake icing, grass and popped balloons then said they hadn't been told it was dirty but they clearly stated they were cleaning all of the castles regularly due to Covid. They refused to reimburse even part of the cost said they could hire the castle out 14 times over if we didn't want it, just a horrible experience. Said they'd come and get it if we didn't want it obviously
knowing it would ruin my son's birthday a complete abuse of power. So If your like most people and like to get what you pay for and not something random don't bother with bcm.
