Seemed friendly helpful and professional in all my dealings with them via email. When we were given our completion date at short notice I was delighted to be advised that they could help me move only a couple of days later. The day arrived and nothing was heard from them. I called and emailed to find out when they were planning to arrive but heard nothing. Ended up moving everything myself with the help of my parents and in a mad panic! Several days later and I have still had no explanation or apology so doubt I will hear anything now! Not in any way acceptable behaviour not to contact us, even if they couldn't make it....

BB were the cheapest quote we received by a good few hundred quid, which made me slightly suspicious so I checked out the reviews. They all looked good so I chanced it, and I was very glad I did.

Ken was superb, as were the team. Always in contact and popped over to the house a few times with extra boxes / bubble wrap. He arrived when he said he would, always kept us informed, and did a smooth job on the day. Even made sure the pets were looked after. Couldn't have wished for a better move.

We would just like to say a big thank you to Ken and the guys for taking the stress out of our house move. They were all very professional, fast, efficient and so helpful. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This was the easiest, most stress free move thanks bb transport solutions. They were friendly, hard working and extremely careful when handling my furniture. Not to mention quick! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a hassle free move.

Just wanted to say thanks again for your help on our move. It was possibly the worst weather of the year and you managed to make the move quick and efficient with a smile. Not a single thing broken or damaged and the whole move completed in 3 hours. It helped make our move completely stress free.
