Booked with app, no confirmation of a car being sent, so rang the office, automated message told me car was on its way in 2 mins. 20mins later, after ringing 2 more times receiving same telephone auto message, a car pulled up. 7am in the morning. No excuse. No text update.
Can't beat an uber I'm afraid. Thought id stick with local business. Changed my mind. Rubbish app!

Don't get in....

After driving for 10 minutes the taxi driver insisted on being paid £40 upfront which was for two drops from brimingham one in rushall the other in clayhanger (already the most I have ever been asked to pay by any taxi firm). He refused to drop us two girls off first and once the boys we were with had been dropped off he insisted we give him an extra £10 or he would take us no further. I was reluctant to give him the extra money as he was blatantly robbing us blind and we had already paid upfront before yet he was demanding more money so what was stopping him from doing it again so I said we would give it him once we got there so he couldn't pull the same trick twice. With this he slammed the breaks on and said i either give him the money there or he would make us get out. Totally unsure of where we were and in the early hours of the morning he had us over a barrel and he knew it. He was also a very unsafe driver driving around 80mph in 30 zones and almost crashing at an island.
