Bought a sausage roll from Banbury branch, took it back 3 times because it was cold, it was put in a microwave twice then the oven, still only managed to get the pastry Luke warm, the.filling was cold, I got a refund, I was served by MONIKA, the shop is now always empty, it used to be always full, you have lost two more customers.

Bad custmors services

I really like the muffins and the decorations its really nice.
But the custmors services has come down last time they serve me one knife dirt another day was cheese and ham panini with one small slice of ham and they do not apologise about what happen.
No smilies on their faces.(not happy at all)
