I was delighted with the work Bayswater Construction carried for me. I needed an investment property completed refurbished - new windows, new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring and painted throughout. Brian listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He asked questions where there was ambiguity and then ran with the whole project. I simply handed over the keys and received them back when the job was completed. The apartment was left spotless - I was able to get photographs taken to advertise the property the same day! It was a super service - on time, to budget and with a high quality finish. The apartment was let within days.
