Do not hire a car from this company - avoid them at all costs

We had the misfortune to have been supplied a hire car from this company via our insurance company.
Because Enterprise had not paid them on time to continue hire (as our car was not repaired) They started to hassle us to get payment even although this was not our responsibility as the contract was between them and Enterprise. They bullied and abused us with threatening phone calls, eventually stating that they were reporting me to the police for driving an uninsured car. They were the most
dreadful people to deal with and it was a very traumatic and upsetting experience. I would never have believed an Island Company could behave in such a despicable manner to an elderly resident.
