Excellent service. Right from the off Chris put me at ease, quoting a good price for my small move which spanned picking up items from a few locations, which i was reassured wasn’t a problem and didn’t cost extra. Chris was also great when i had to move my date. On the move day itself Dan and Tom were efficient and well mannered and all my possessions were wrapped up well and i was offered hanging boxes too. At the final location Dan and Tom moved everything to the rooms i asked, and then continued to rearrange the furniture until i was happy with the overall finish. I wasn’t expecting this to be offered in such a genuine manner and as a person with an invisible physical disability i really appreciated not having to ask them to alter the placement but rather being asked if i was happy and wanted anything moving again. Would highly recommend.

Do not trust this company.

They have changed their name to Baxters move. I believe to get away from their bad reviews.

They were employed to do a house move for my parents, with a distance of only 2 miles. Not only did they damage both houses, the one they collected from and the one they delivered to. They also damaged some of the items that were delivered.

They apparently didn't have enough vans available on the day so they decided to put the majority of items into storage in order to complete the delivery on another day.

This meant my parents went without clothes, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, couchs etc for 3 days.

On the day they turned up, they told me parents.. one of which is disabled that unless they paid an extra 1200 then the items would be put back into storage. They have already paid over 2000 up front!

The owner Chris will not respond to calls or messages and once he has your money then they're done.

Well done and thank you very much for everything, you made my moving from Blackburn to Manchester very comfortable.
The boys were very helpful in all aspect I really recommend them.

All aspects of our move from Lancashire to our new home in Worcestershire were conducted with great care and we salute their work. Fast work, nothing damaged, a great help. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

My day in Court finally came

Update on a previous review: My day in the Small Claims Court finally came with Chris and what a fool he made of himself. He really didn't know what he was talking about; comparing furniture to a car! So much so that at one point I thought the Judge was going to start laughing. He was very ill prepared and my case had to be adjourned to a later date. How this man runs a business I do not know! He admitted that he doesn't have adequate insurance and that he had paid me out of his own pocket for a previous claim! Lie after lie. Seriously people, do not use this company if you value your possessions. The stress this man has caused me and my family, and not a single apology from him!!
