We test against British standards for the strength, levelness, dampness and cracks before you put anything ontop of it such as screed, lino etc to ensure it sticks.

Bau-technik Consult is owned by Sabo Bellosaad who has been in the industry since 1981. He has designed, laid and contracted within the industry and workers for some of the biggest suppliers in the country. Sabo is a civil engineer by trade and a graduate of the Institute of Civil Engineering and holds a CSCS card.
